AHAM stands for the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers.
AHAM is the trade association representing manufacturers of major,
portable, and floor care appliances and suppliers to the industry.
Included in AHAM membership are manufacturers of portable room air
purifiers. AHAM is a standards development organization for
numerous technical, performance based standards for home
appliances such as CADR. AHAM also
administers third party appliance rating verification programs
which are available to members and non-members alike. |
